The ultrasonic sensor arrangement (3) comprises an ultrasonic sensor (5) and an outer skin portion (7), in which the ultrasonic sensor is mounted. A horn is arranged adjacent to the ultrasonic sensor. The outer skin portion has an area for mounting a license plate of the motor vehicle (1). The horn is arranged between the ultrasonic sensor and the mounting area. The horn is asymmetrically formed and is extended from the outer skin portion. The ultrasonic sensor is mounted on the outer skin portion by a sensor holder.
