The motor (11) has permanent magnets (M1, M3, M4) arranged at a distance to each other under an angle of 90 degrees, and electromagnet field coils comprising a core with magnetic material. A control device is designed for controlling the coils such that rotation of the motor is caused by magnetic repulsion when the coils are supplied with current and the rotation of the motor is caused by magnetic attraction when the coils are not supplied with the current. The coils are connected parallel to a direct-current source and arranged at 90 degrees to each other.
