The wind turbine (100) has rotor (112) with rotor blades (116), that is supported rotatably. The rotor blade includes movable element for varying moment of inertia and/or windage of the rotor. The movable element is arranged partially or completely within outer casing of the rotor blade, while retaining the shape of the outer casing of rotor blade. An independent claim is included for method for operation of wind turbine.
