The electromotor (1) comprises a brake (14), and a shaft (2) which is connected to a friction lining carrier (3) in torque-proof manner. Several air-ducts (8) are formed penetrating through the friction lining carrier. The air-ducts pass through the friction lining carrier in parallel to the shaft. The friction lining carrier takes over the function of a fan wheel with respect to the air-ducts, such that during operation of the electromotor, air is conveyed through the air-ducts. Several friction lining carriers are arranged in concentric circle.
