The vehicle has a seat bracket (1) for arranging one or more mine safe seats (7), and a stowage system with one or more basic modules, where each module is arranged to receive a seat on the seat bracket. The basic modules are attached at connection points (4) in the seat bracket for mounting the seats, where each basic module includes an eyelet through which the basic module is fastened with the seat bracket. The seat bracket is connected at two opposite side walls of the vehicle, where the connection points are spaced from each other and arranged in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for secure stowing away of mine safe seats in a military vehicle.
