The disclosed system comprises a first unit comprising at least one sensor. The first unit detects driving situations (properties) of a vehicle by the at least one sensor. Moreover, a second unit is arranged to receive location-related information about the vehicle, and a control unit including an operation-status unit calculates an appropriate area to be output by the first unit on a certain road based on the information obtained by the detection unit captured information and the information received by the second unit. The control unit also includes an abnormal driving unit that compares values detected by the first unit with values detected by the operation statistical unit to determine whether the vehicle is being driven in an abnormal state.
