The device (1) has a housing fastened at a flywheel (15), and clutch disks (3, 4) attached to pressing plates (11, 12). The pressing plates are moved opposite to the housing in an axial direction (A) in a torque-proof manner. A transmission clutch (5) and a power take-off clutch (6) are actuated by lever arrangements (7, 8) independent of each other. The lever arrangements are pivotably mounted at the housing, coupled with one of the pressing plates and open and close the clutches. The disks comprise different numbers of pairs of friction linings (3d, 4c).
