The arrangement (1) has a motion converter (20), an oscillating circuit (30) with an inductance (32) and a capacitance (34) which changes its resonance frequency depending upon a rotation angle of a rotating component (10). The motion converter has a displacement element (24), which executes a translation (22), where the resonance frequency of the oscillating circuit is adjusted based on the translation. The inductance is implemented as wire bobbin with a wire wound coil (32.1). The displacement element is implemented as a coil core.
