The actuating device has an actuating piston (4) that is arranged between a pressure chamber (7) and a compensating area (8), and is moved into actuating position by pressurization of pressure chamber. The input masses (13) are radially supported at a support ring (17) connected to the actuating piston such that the centripetal force produced by input masses is converted into working power in open position of actuating piston.
