Method for manufacturing electrical conductive structures used in solar cell, involves locally defining nanoparticle connected energy input for each position on substrate during thermal treatment, to produce conductive structures
A layer of patterning material containing metallic nanoparticles is applied over the whole area on a substrate. The nanoparticle connected energy input for each position on the substrate is locally defined during thermal treatment, to produce the electrical conductive structure. Subsequently, a corresponding layer portion which contains energy input on the substrate remains stable, and the remaining layer is removed during thermal treatment. The substrate is made of glass, ceramic, semiconductor, plastic, paper, or organic material.
