The disk has an electrically controllable layer for adjusting reflection degree and reflectance direction of thermal radiation (Wi), where the thermal radiation is emerged from inside and another thermal radiation (Wa) is simultaneously reflected from the outer side of the disk. The disk comprises a coating whose reflection degree and reflectance direction are controllable. The disk is formed as a windscreen (2) and a side window (3) and partially made of material whose reflection degree and reflectance direction are controllable.
