The control apparatus has monitor unit (4.1) connected to pipe system, to monitor state of pipe system connected high voltage components (3,4,6,10-12,18). A discharge unit (4.3) is coupled to monitoring unit and separator (4.2) for separation of high voltage energy storage device from high-voltage components. A triggering device (19) is connected to separator and/or discharge unit and is arranged independently of current state of electro-mobile vehicle (1), to cause electrical disconnection of storage device and/or discharge of high-voltage components.
