The lamp holder has a ball joint (5) which is rotatably and pivotally supported by a ball-joint support (4) which is fastened to a ball housing (3). The ball housing is provided with a movable stored contact pin (6) that is connected to positive pole (8). The negative pole (10) in the ball housing is electrically connected to ball-joint support. The positive and negative poles are separated by insulating element (11) which is used for insulating the contact pin. An independent claim is included for lamp.
