The device (10) has fastening elements (1, 4) e.g. nuts, interconnected and forming a form-fitting and/or force-fitting connection between two glass fiber reinforced plastic components (2, 3) in a connected state. One of the fastening elements is partially torque-proof and utilized in a through-hole (7) before forming the form-fitting and/or force-fitting connection between the components. An accurate form-fitting connection of one of the components is performed, where the component blocks the reciprocal withdrawal of the fastening element from the through-hole of the component. The component is formed by a composite material i.e. carbon fiber-amplified plastic and/or another component is formed by a metal material or a plastic material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a form-fitting and/or force-fitting connection between the components on the basis of a fastening device.
