The rear structure (100) has a rear floor panel (106) for forming a bottom of a vehicle rear portion. A rear panel (110) is connected to rear-end of the rear floor panel. An opening is formed in a predetermined region at the rear floor panel. A battery is mounted through the opening at the rear floor panel to supply drive electricity. A reinforcing element (118) is formed at a region between the opening of the rear floor panel and rear panel and is extended in the vehicle transverse direction.
