Method for controlling automated friction clutch arranged between drive unit and gear box in powertrain of motor car, involves controlling over pressing moment based on prediction size of time remaining up to nearest circuit
The method involves implementing a clutch moment transferable over a friction clutch by a manipulated variable of a clutch actuator. The clutch in closed state is controlled based on the clutch moment corresponding to engine torque acting upon with over pressing moment and supplied by an internal combustion engine. The pressing moment is controlled based on prediction size (PG) of time remaining up to a nearest circuit. Moment resolution is determined based on the pressing moment. The prediction size is determined based on operating variables of a gear box and/or the engine.
