The damping device has housing (1) having central through hole (1.1) connected to flow hole (2.1) of possessing lid (2), and annular chamber (1.2) closed by possessing lid by pressing pressed-in portion (E) into a connection region (B) of housing. The pressed-in portion has openings (4.2,4.4) and axial groove (3.1) to ensure flow of fluid into the central through hole. The fluid stream entering a space (5) of the connection region is offset to the fluid stream exiting the space.
