The cooled electrical assembly (10) has an electrical conductor (16) that is located within an interior space (14) of a box (12). A cooling tube (30) is attached to the box. A thermal conductor (36) is partially located within the interior space and is in thermal contact with the electrical conductor and the cooling tube. A liquid coolant is conducted by the cooling tube. The cooling tube is a joint-less pipe between a tube intake and a tube outlet (34).
