The gear wheel (1) has main gear wheel (2) which is connected to an auxiliary gear wheel (3), such that the existing tooth flank clearance is reduced or canceled. The teeth of the auxiliary gear wheel are formed elastically in radial direction. The number of teeth of the auxiliary gear wheel is less than that of the main gear wheel. A resilient lock washer is arranged in the radial direction of the auxiliary gear wheel.
