The panel (1) has a hollow surface piece (2) formed of two skins defining smooth and non-smooth surfaces of the panel. The skins are connected, by material bridges, in places distributed on surfaces of the skins. The bridges are formed by deformations (3'') of the skin (3') towards another skin defining the smooth surface. The hollow piece has a sectioned receiving site (5) extending between lateral edges (6, 6') of the panel. The sites receive a metallic elongated reinforcement element (7) that stiffens and rigidifies an adapted section.
