The mold (M) has a flat base (1) arranged with hollow studs (2), where open bases of the hollow studs are inter-connected to the flat base. The hollow studs comprise closed upper ends (20). The hollow studs are formed of biodegradable polymeric material, so that the hollow studs are degraded when the hollow studs are in contact with water. The flat base is made of molded recycled cellulose. Thickness of the upper ends is lower than thickness of side walls of the studs that are connected with each other. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for realizing a concrete flooring (2) a method for realizing a concrete flooring.
