The device has a body (1) forming predefined blocking stops (2, 3). A flow neck (4) is arranged in a prolongation part of a package cone. The package cone is closed by a membrane closure e.g. welded or adhered membrane closure, and by a protection cover to serve as a receptacle after conditioning products. The body is in cone shape. The flow neck integrated with the cone has narrow diameter. A stopper (5) e.g. self-breakable or detachable stopper, is integrated at a lower part of the flow neck.
