The tank has dispensing openings dispensing treating fluid e.g. water-air mixture of fluids. A rising mechanism (200) rises a seat (20) in a top position and in a low position and conversely, allows a patient to sit up and sit down in sitting position in the tank to lengthen the seat in a relaxing position and allows the patient to arise from the tank after sit up in the seat. The seat comprises a base whose form is adapted to a form of a base (100) of the tank. The seat has openings (130) whose emplacement corresponds to emplacement of openings for dispensing the fluid in a dorsal zone.
