The system has a transmission device comprising two axial transmission control assemblies (45, 46) for controlling two clutch mechanisms. One of the mechanisms connects a thermal engine to an input shaft (14) connected to a rotor (18). The other mechanism connects the thermal engine to another input shaft (13) of a gear box. An axially movable spacer body (84) is arranged between axially movable revolving thrusts (51, 61, 74, 82) for controlling input of axial displacement of the body on a side of a hub (20) and output of the mechanism attached with another side of the hub. An independent claim is also included for a hybrid power unit module.
