The device has a case (1) receiving a water-soluble and biodegradable chemical reagent (2), where the chemical reagent comprises a binder with slow dissolution action. The case comprises two openings (3) and a tube (4), where the sea water is circulated through the tube. Another tube (5) is connected to the former tube that allows extraction of the sea water through aspiration by the pump motor to diffuse the chemical solution reagent through the openings at a coolant circuit. The openings and the tubes form an integral part of the case.
