The panel (12) has a bracing veil (42) shifted transversely relative to an external surface (38) according to a gap corresponding to width of an upright (30). Shifting of the veil makes the veil to protrude transversely from the upright, on a male side (46) of the panel, and to be arranged transversely below another upright (32), on an female side (48) of another panel (14) to allow external fixation of the male side at the female side via an immobilization element (50), which crosses the veil on the male side, and is received in the latter upright on the female side. The immobilization element is selected from one of nail, screw and staple. An independent claim is also included for a method for constructing a building.
