The sill has a vertical upright, a horizontal cross-piece, and a transverse base (TB) that is laid down horizontally. A motor reducer is coupled to one of set of ends of a connection arm. Another end of the connection arm is fixed on a turntable that is fixed on a base of a pillar. Translatory movement of the motor reducer generates rotation of a motorized leaf. A sectile wall (PS) is arranged in a housing with the motor reducer to avoid machining of the transverse base.
