The panel has a plate (1) between an inner concrete skin (2) and an outer concrete skin (3). The plate includes an inner anchor end (12) and an outer anchor end (13) connected to the inner and outer skins, respectively, where the outer skin is coated on the side of its inner face with a thermal insulation layer such as polystyrene. The outer anchor end is subjected to vertical deflection when the panel is in a vertical state, where a connecting area between the inner skin and the inner anchor end is weaker than a connecting area between the outer anchor end and the outer skin. An independent claim is also included for a method for installation of a wall panel.
