The invention relates to a device for solving the congestion problem and to make the road flow more fluid in and between the large cities. It consists of a set of five electronic modules including a processor connected to two interfaces. An MRX interface formats the signal received continuously from the satellite by a receiver, RX. The other, MTRX, is connected to a transceiver at the same time as the processor. The processor analyzes and extracts the position data and sends the requests. The transmitter / receiver, TRX, exchanges with a central server bidirectionally. Everything is integrated into a box embedded in any participating vehicle and benefiting from a service for a better mobility and an optimization of the road flow. Service that will be provided by means of a central server adapted and able to communicate with this type of device. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to communicate with a dedicated central server for the resolution of the bottleneck problem.
