The device (5) has a valve (10) comprising a stem (12) connected to an obturator (13). A conversion unit realizes when axial opening force is greater than axial closing force, axial translation displacement of the stem by a displacement part so as to lift the obturator from a non-circular opening (11) followed by rotation and a translation displacement part of the stem to laterally draw aside the obturator. The unit realizes displacement to bring back the obturator supported on the opening to an initial closing position when the opening force is lower than the closing force. An independent claim is also included for a pneumatic-thermal hybrid motorization assembly of a car.
