The system has one or more terminal blocks connected to one or more reset terminal blocks of an electronic card of a computer system i.e. server. The electronic card includes a relay contact and an RS232interface associated with a micro-computer server for receiving a restart command via an RJ45interface, where the electronic card receives and executes the restart command by operating a corresponding control relay associated to the terminal blocks of the electronic card.
