Hygienization of digestate obtained from dry phase methanization carried out in single enclosure of discontinuous system, by simultaneously implementing methanization step in the enclosure using gas circulation unit and gas evacuation unit
The method comprises simultaneously implementing a methanization step in an enclosure (1) using a unit to perform circulation of a gas in periphery and ground of the enclosure so as to contact with the digestate and a unit to evacuate gas, where gas has a temperature of 55[deg] C and the circulation of the gas is applied during 3 days. The methanization step is carried out using a unit to inject a hot gas under the stack of digestate and a unit to evacuate gases using trap door of ventilation or a waste pipe provided with a support connected to a gas treating device. The method comprises simultaneously implementing a methanization step in an enclosure (1) using a unit to perform circulation of a gas in periphery and ground of the enclosure so as to contact with the digestate and a unit to evacuate gas, where gas has a temperature of 55[deg] C and the circulation of the gas is applied during 3 days. The methanization step is carried out using a unit to inject a hot gas under the stack of digestate and a unit to evacuate gases using trap door of ventilation or a waste pipe provided with a support connected to a gas treating device, where the hot gas has a temperature of 55[deg] C and the injection of the hot gas is applied during 3 days. The hot gas is hot air. The methanization step comprises: loading an organic material within the methanization enclosure, closing the enclosure so that the enclosure is gas-tight enclosure, and performing methanization cycle including drainage of percolates, the redistribution of percolates by sprinkling slopes and the withdrawal of methane. The method further comprises performing ventilation cycle including the injection of gas such as air, at room temperature, in the enclosure. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for the hygienization of a digestate obtained from dry phase methanization carried out in a single enclosure of a discontinuous system; and (2) a digestate obtained from dry phase methanization.
