The device (4) has a casing to which an inlet drain (3) and an outlet drain (2) are connected. The casing includes a thermal closure isolating entry fluid from exit fluid. A thermal rupture occurs at two levels such as between the drains, and between the fluid in the inlet drain and the fluid in the outlet drain, when the fluid is not circulated. An insulating stopper (16) has conical shape engaged with shape of a chamber (15). The stopper is joined with a wall of the chamber in closed position. The stopper has sufficient length, so that it is not rotated over or blocked inside the chamber.
