The device for thermal sterilization of fluids e.g. water, comprises a heating chamber (11) having an inlet and an outlet, a heat exchanger (2) having heating (2h) and cooling sections (2k) having inlets and outlets, a mechanism enabling a fluid flow only in the direction of the heating section to the cooling section, a movable closing unit, and a control valve (8) having the heating chamber and a pantry. The device for thermal sterilization of fluids e.g. water, comprises a heating chamber (11) having an inlet and an outlet, a heat exchanger (2) having heating (2h) and cooling sections (2k) having inlets and outlets, a mechanism enabling a fluid flow only in the direction of the heating section to the cooling section, a movable closing unit, and a control valve (8) having the heating chamber and a pantry. The inlet and the outlet of the chamber are flowably connected with the outlet of the heating section and the inlet of the cooling section respectively. The closing unit is arranged into the chamber by a dominant pressure and then only opens the outlet of the chamber, if the pressure in the chamber exceeds a given value. The closing unit is a movable control piston, which opens or closes the outlet of the chamber, separates the chamber and the pantry from each other and is prestressed by a spring in a position. The pantry is flowably connected with the heating section and is connected over a pressure reservoir and a check valve with the chamber. A first check valve is intended between the pantry and the reservoir, and a second check valve is intended between the reservoir and the heating chamber. The second check valve allows the fluid flow only in the direction of the pantry in the direction to the heating chamber. The reservoir is subdivided into an air chamber and a water chamber by a membrane. The water chamber is connected with the pantry and the heating chamber. The control piston of the control valve has a first seal for the heating chamber and a second seal for the pantry, and is dimensioned, so that it lies between the seals in the closing position of the outlet. The inlet of the heating chamber in the operating position of the device is arranged in a lower region of the heating chamber and the outlet of the heating chamber is arranged in an upper region of the heating chamber. The reservoir and the control valve are arranged in a common housing. The control valve is arranged in the center of the heat exchanger. The heating and cooling sections are spirally arranged around the control valve and consist of flexible material. The check valve is upstream to the entrance of the heating section. The control valve has an impact for the control piston, which limits the closing of the piston under the effect of the spring. The piston is exclusively led by an inner wall of the control valve. The closing organ is a lamella of a vane motor, which connects the heating chamber with the outlet of the heating chamber towards the turning position of a rotor of the vane motor carrying the lamella or closes a connection between the heating chamber and the outlet of the heating chamber. The rotor has several lamella distributedly arranged around its circumference in equidistant distances. The lamellas are radially relocatable in reference to a rotational axis of the rotor and sealingly lie to an inner wall of the stator. The heating chamber is delimited by the inner wall of the stator, the lateral surface of the rotor and the surface of the two adjacent lamellas. The outlet of the heating chamber is arranged in the rotation direction of the rotor nearer to an end of the heating chamber. The pantry is arranged above the heating chamber in the rotation direction of the rotor. The inlet of the chamber is arranged related to the rotation direction of the rotor nearer to the beginning of the pantry. An exhaust chamber is arranged between the outlet and the inlet of the heating chamber in the rotation direction of the rotor, and has an outlet, which has a check valve directly lying above the pantry and is connected with the reservoir. The pressure stored in the reservoir influences on the fluid to be supplied to the inlet of the heating chamber. The reservoir has a pressure regulating valve, which limits the dominant pressure in the reservoir at the given value.
