The device (1) has lateral guide rails mounted on opposite interior edges of a wall of a glazed structure i.e. veranda (2), where each rail has guide notches inclined with respect to an axis of the corresponding rail and designed to receive sliding elements i.e. wheels, of a movable occultation and insulation panel i.e. lower panel (11), when the panel and an upper panel (10) are in folded position. The upper panel carries an attaching unit i.e. connecting hook, engaged with a connecting axle carried by the lower panel when the lower panel passes from the position toward a deployed position.
