The panel has upper and lower arms (5, 6) with free ends having hooks (7, 8) hooked on a steering wheel of a motor vehicle. The arm (5) placed between the arms (6) is articulated to a panel (4) from a side of an edge (4c) placed along the wheel. The arms (6) are articulated on a lower side of the panel remote from edges of the panel. The hooks (7, 8) are hooked on upper and lower halves of the wheel respectively. A locking unit maintains the panel horizontally in a panel`s utilization position in which the arms (5, 6) are hooked to the wheel, and the arm (5) is against the wheel.
