The engine (10) has a cylindrical sleeve (20) whose downstream end (22) is placed in a cylindrical boring of a pivot (18). An axial slot (42) co-operates by shape coupling with a locking unit in rotation of the sleeve relative to the pivot. The locking unit comprises an annular snap ring (30). The snap ring is engaged and retained axially in an inner annular groove (32) of a pin bore, and includes a tooth (40) co-operating by shape coupling with the slot above the sleeve and another tooth (34) co-operating by shape coupling with another axial slot (36) of the pivot.
