The method involves carrying out authentication of an identification device (10) during an authentication session by exchanging authentication data between the identification device and an actuator device (20) using Bluetoothcommunication modules (12, 22). A part of the authentication data of the authentication session is exchanged through Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) communication modules (14, 24) between the actuator device and the identification device by magnetic induction using a transmitting unit (23) and a receiving unit (13). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an identification device (2) an actuator device.
