The part (10) has a structural layer (11) made of composite material and comprising fibers (14) e.g. glass fibers and carbon fibers, that are held by thermohardening polymeric resin matrix (15). A protection layer (17) protects a surface of the structural layer and comprises a thermoplastic polymeric resin matrix (18), where melting point of the resin matrix of the protection layer lies within a range of 300-500 degree Celsius. The resin matrix of the protection layer comprises polyaromatic thermostable resin. The structural layer comprises multiple folds (12, 13). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a structure part of an aircraft.
