The device has a spacer (1) for smoldering two successive corrugations (2). A lower part (10) of the spacer represents a shape that is formed partial complementary to the corrugations. A holding part (4) of a rail (5) is fixed on a flat surface and formed in an omega-shape. The rail cooperates with a hook (6) for fixing of a photovoltaic element (7), and the spacer is made of polymer. The holding part is indifferently fixed over entire length of the spacer. The spacer is covered with a metal lid for fixing the holding part. The holding part is attached to the spacer by a nut or a screw.
