The installation comprises a treatment station including a supporting unit (2) for exposing food substances, a watering unit placed in a top of the supporting unit, and a unit for displacing the supporting unit compared to the watering unit according to a relative axis of motion, where the watering unit includes overflow containers (5) including overflow edges (13a) placed to allow discharge of liquid on the exposed food substances, and supply units for continuously supplying treatment liquids to the overflow containers. The supply units comprise an adjustment unit (10). The installation comprises a treatment station including a supporting unit (2) for exposing food substances, a watering unit placed in a top of the supporting unit, and a unit for displacing the supporting unit compared to the watering unit according to a relative axis of motion, where the watering unit includes overflow containers (5) including overflow edges (13a) placed to allow discharge of liquid on the exposed food substances, and supply units for continuously supplying treatment liquids to the overflow containers. The supply units comprise an adjustment unit (10) for adjusting a flow of treatment liquids and a supply connector approximately and vertically placed to plunge in the container. The supply connector presents a supply end positioned at a distance from a bottom of the container in a range between D1/6-D1/4, where the D1 is a distance between the bottom from the container and each of the overflow edges. The supply units are adapted so that a pressure of the treatment liquid at the supply end is 0.1-0.4 bar. The container comprises a basic wall equipped with a draining unit. The overflow edges are extended by an external edge in a shape of discharge edge, and extend orthogonally compared to the relative axis of motion from the supporting unit and the watering unit. The container is parallelly delimited by the overflow edges orthogonal compared to the relative axis of motion of the supporting unit and the watering unit, and presents a U shaped section longitudinally delimited by the overflow edges. The container comprises an adjustment unit to adjust a slope of a plan of the container in which the overflow edges extend. Each container pivots around an articulation axis parallel to the overflow edges. The slope adjustment unit comprises a swing unit around the articulation axis. The displacement unit comprises a conveyer (1) equipped with a perforated conveying belt comprising an upper blade forming the supporting unit. Each of the overflow edges extends in a plane parallel to a plane of the upper blade of the conveying belt orthogonally compared to a direction of displacement of the conveyer. The supply units comprise a unit that recovers the treatment liquids poured by each container and placed under the supporting unit, and a recirculation circuit for the treatment liquids. The recovery unit integrates a heat transfer unit for controlling a temperature of the treatment liquid. The containers are positioned at distances between predetermined centers along the axis of motion. The displacement unit relatively moves the supporting unit compared to the containers. The containers are spaced at the distances between centers in a range of 300-800 mm.
