The device has a motor reducer (310) and a reversible worm wheel. A drive pulley (330) is rotated by the motor reducer. A driven pulley is arranged along with the motor, and a cable is arranged with a loop formed between the drive pulley and the driven pulley. A tensioning device e.g. compression spring (351), is arranged for the loop between the drive pulley and the driven pulley. A master cable or wire rope is arranged to connect a stranded cable loop and a sliding opening.
