This oil injection device (2) comprises an oil pump (3) intended to be coupled in rotation to the electric motor of a compressor and comprising inlet and outlet orifices, an injection pipe of oil (12) connected to the first outlet (5) and for supplying oil to a compression stage of the compressor, and an oil return duct (14) connected to the first outlet (5) and intended to return the oil in a compressor oil pan. The pressure losses in the oil injection duct (12) are mainly singular head losses proportional to the square of the oil flow passing through the oil injection duct. The pressure losses in the oil return line (14) are mainly friction losses proportional to the oil flow through the oil return line.
