The device comprises a temporary stopping element inserted under a basic flexible film of a basin such that the element creates insuperable stopping of the liquid contained in the basin by raising the basic film beyond a level of a surface of the contained liquid when the element is activated, and the element leaves an unrestricted passage to the liquid contained in the basin when the element is deactivated. The temporary stopping element is a deformable element appearing as an inflatable roll that is equipped with a minimum inflating valve, a minimum deflating valve and a rail anchor. The device comprises a temporary stopping element inserted under a basic flexible film of a basin such that the element creates insuperable stopping of the liquid contained in the basin by raising the basic film beyond a level of a surface of the contained liquid when the element is activated, and the element leaves an unrestricted passage to the liquid contained in the basin when the element is deactivated. The temporary stopping element is a deformable element appearing as an inflatable roll that is equipped with a minimum inflating valve, a minimum deflating valve and a rail anchor on the ground. The temporary stopping element is in a form of a mobile rigid structure in a vertical plan. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for managing a sowing phase of a culture of photosynthetic micro-organisms; and (2) a method for securing liquid contents of a basin of culture of photosynthetic micro-organisms.
