The device has a dormant profile (D) provided with a longitudinal sheath part (PE), which covers a longitudinal enlargement part (PX) of an opening profile (O). The sheath part is equipped with a reduction unit reducing spacing clearance between the profiles, so that weighing is made between portions of the profiles to separate the profiles from each other to make a bolt (PN) to leave the housing in which the bolt is entered to generate a contact between the sheath part and the enlargement part. The contact prevents exit of the bolt from its housing.
