The equipment has a plate (1) applied to a wall and comprising a central cut-out part for passage of a pipe that passes through the wall. A set of fire isolating caps (2) comprises a cylindrical sleeve formed from staves (9-12) and applied to the plate and the pipe. The plate is formed as a firebreak insulating plate and a waterproof plate, and contains high density vermiculite. The staves are attached with one another by refractory cement and formed in an insulating and fireproof manner from calcium silicate. A braid is formed from organic-soluble glass fiber and coated with silicone sealant.
