The device has a metal bar (1) overlapping an upper longitudinal bar (6) of a supermarket trolley. The metal bar includes a set of hooks (2, 3) on its sides, where the hooks support an interior bag (4) and an external bag (5) by welding when arms of the hooks are parallel to each other. A fixed bar (7) prevents the device from leaving the trolley, and is engaged by a user, where the fixed bar is blocked by broad torsion of a rod toward outside. Upper vertical rods are arranged in parallel to another set of hooks.
