The system has a server (1) that is utilized for management and administration of the system, and an interactive conversational terminal (2) that is utilized in public space i.e. shopping center. A personal terminal (5) i.e. smart phone, is utilized by a user of the system. The interactive conversational terminal is primarily consisted of a display screen (3) with multiple programmable windows (4). The server is partly localized in the interactive conversational terminal. A set of local peripherals (6, 7) is able to be controlled by the conversational terminal. An independent claim is also included for a communication method.
