The present invention relates to novel radiotracers of formula (III): said compounds of formula (III) being capable of being obtained from new complexing agents of formula (II), themselves capable of being obtained from new precursors of formula (I), as well as their methods of preparation. The invention also relates to a kit that can be used in a hospital environment. Finally, the invention relates to compounds of formula (III) for their use as a diagnostic radiotracer, and more particularly for their use as a non-targeting radiotracer for medical imaging or as an integrated targeting radiotracer, as well as their use as a medicament, and more particularly for targeted radiotherapeutic treatments using bifunctional chelating agents.
