The device (1) has an internal wall (3) delimiting a rotative storage volume (30). A cryogenic liquid tank (2) is placed around the wall, and an external wall (4) delimits an external enclosure sheltering the internal wall and the tank. A closing lid (7) selectively closes the enclosure. A gas collecting pipe (8) and a gas passage (38) discharge vapor of cryogenic liquid toward outside the device to support circulation of cold vapor in the volume. The pipe has an open lower end emerging in a lower part of the volume and an upper end (28) in communication with outside of the device.
